Look at the horses that need rehoming - Riding Horses, Fostered Horses and Companion Horses

As more and more horses become unwanted demand for spaces at The Sanctuary is growing. One of the ways to ease the pressure on the waiting list is the introduction of our fostering scheme under which healthy, well adjusted horses are fostered with knowledgeable supporters until new homes can be found - thus creating more space at the Sanctuary.

Do you own a horse or have experience of owning thoroughbreds, if so would you consider fostering an ex-racehorse, helping to give them a fresh start and A Life After Racing

The Sanctuary is looking for experienced horse handlers willing to foster a horse as companionship for their own horse or to take on two foster horses as company for each other.

If you have equestrian facilities, including grazing, and are prepared to foster a horse six months or until we can find a permanent home we would love to hear from you.
