We live in uncertain times, certainly for ex-racehorses.
Gaze into his expressive eye - what do you see reflected there?
Sadness at the plight of many thoroughbreds when their racing days are over?
Uncertainty about his future now in this uncertain world?
After his racing days are over who will continue the struggle to secure his welfare for life, to provide safety and shelter this Winter, let alone the care, companionship and love he now enjoys at Mulsey Farm?
Fighting rising costs and falling income, The Racehorse Sanctuary is the charity seeking to set the highest ethical standards for the lifetime welfare of former racehorses. To provide a safety net of lifetime care for the former racehorses in our care, we rely almost entirely on volunteers and generous donations from horse-lovers like you.
To enable us to concentrate on the challenges we face and to pay the bills at the end of the month, we desperately need reliable regular income.
If enough supporters are moved to help us this way, it only requires a small individual monthly contribution. If you can manage a commitment of just £3 per month, you will make a tangible difference to the lifetime welfare of all our horses.
