Thames Path Challenge 9-10 September 2017

After David's second hip resurfacing, his daughter Alison has encouraged him to tackle the fourth stage of the Thames Path Challenge on Sunday 10 September 2017.  She is joining David to walk the 22 kilometers from Cookham to Henley-on-Thames and they have formed a team: Warrior's Angels, so our Wavertree friends and other supporters of The Racehorse Sanctuary can join us.

To join Warrior's Angels on this occasion, please visit the Thames Path Challenge how-to-join website page, join after choosing the Charity Fundraising option, then the Join and Exisiting Team option; The Racehorse Sanctuary is a listed charity under the Animals category.

Or of course chose your own challenge on either day of the weekend's event and run, jog or walk 25 km, 50 km or 100 km.  And of course raise funds for the horses in tho way that suits you best.

Otherwise to support Warrior's Angels, please donate generously on the dedicated JustGiving page created by David.  In doing so you will be underpinning to the essential work of the Sanctuary, exemplified by the rehabilitation of the lovely ex-racehorse Wavertree Warrior.  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.

Or TEXT: CTOH77 £10 to 70070 and do not forget to authorise Gift Aid, if you are a tax payer.
